Chromaflo Technologies President and CEO Scott Becker received the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA)’s 2019 Chairman’s Award. Since 1988, the Chairman Award has been presented to those in the composites industry that have helped to develop and grow critical markets, advocate for composites and make the industry successful through the years. Symbolic of the pinnacle of success in the composites industry, the Chairman Award is given in recognition of outstanding contributions to both ACMA and the industry as a whole. “It is a great honor, to say the least, to have received the 2019 Chairman’s Award,” Becker said. “I am a strong believer in supporting and helping our industries be successful in their endeavors and to grow. ACMA has continued to demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing how to better position the composites industry for greater market adoption. I am glad to help in this effort.” The Chairman’s Award was presented at The Composites and Advanced Material Expo (CAMX) 2019, which took place Sept. 23-26.
